Privacy Policy

SEO Rankers ("we", seorankers.gg) runs a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Listing information you submit: site name, URL, description, category, and (optionally) a bidder name. All of this is public by design — that is the product.
• Payment information: payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers. We store the payment amount, its Stripe transaction identifiers, and its status.
• Click data: when you follow an outbound listing link we record the time, referring page, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address and browser user-agent, used only to de-duplicate click counts. We do not store raw IP addresses with clicks, and the hash is rotated daily.
• Support email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.

What we don't collect

There are no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only cookie we set is a private session cookie for site administrators.

How we use information

• To display the leaderboard, listing pages, ranking archives and statistics — the service itself.
• To process and reconcile payments, refunds and disputes via Stripe.
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, click de-duplication, moderation).
• To respond to support requests.

Who we share information with

• Stripe (payment processing) — receives your payment details directly over an encrypted connection; see Stripe's privacy policy.
• Railway (hosting) — our infrastructure provider stores our database.
• The public — listing details, bid amounts, bidder names (if provided), ranks, and click counts are published on the site; this is the product's purpose and you consent to it by submitting or bidding.
• Law enforcement, where legally required.

We do not sell personal information.

Security practices

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Payment credentials are handled solely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Our database is access-controlled and not publicly reachable; administrative access is restricted and credential-protected. IP addresses used for click de-duplication are stored only as salted one-way hashes.

Data retention

Leaderboard history (listings, bids, ranks) is retained indefinitely — the archive is part of the service. Raw click events are retained for up to 24 months. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@seorankers.gg. Note that bid amounts and rank history are records of public transactions and may be retained in anonymized form.
