1. What you are buying

SEO Rankers sells positions on a public leaderboard. A listing's rank equals its total confirmed payments; ties rank by whoever reached the total first. When your payment is confirmed, your rank updates immediately — that is the entire product, delivered instantly. A rank is not permanent: anyone may outbid you at any time, and that is not a defect.

2. All payments are final

Because delivery is instant and the product is a position in an ongoing competition, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds we choose to issue (for example after a moderation removal) automatically remove the associated rank credit. A disputed or charged-back payment likewise removes its rank credit and may result in the listing being hidden.

3. Listings

The Rules page is the full listing policy and is incorporated into these terms. In short:

• You must have the right to promote the site you list.
• Listings must not be illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful — including malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, or content unlawful in the United States.
• We may hide or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without refund.
• Anyone may add money to any listing. Topping up a listing you don't own grants you no rights over it.
• Listing edits require the manage link issued at purchase. Keep it secret; we are not responsible for edits made by anyone holding it.

4. What we don't promise

Ranks confer visibility on this site — nothing else. We make no promises about traffic, clicks, sales, or search-engine outcomes. Outbound listing links are marked rel="sponsored" and are paid placements, not endorsements. Click counts are estimates after bot filtering and de-duplication.

5. Fair play

Automated click inflation, payment fraud, exploiting bugs to alter ranks, and scraping at abusive rates are prohibited and may result in listing removal without refund.

6. The archive

Bids, ranks, and their history are public records of the game and remain published permanently, including after a listing is removed.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the content of listed sites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date above.
