How does ranking work?
Your rank is your listing's total confirmed payments. Highest total is #1. If two listings are tied, whoever reached that total first ranks higher — you must strictly exceed a total to pass it. There is no algorithm and no other factor.
Can I get a refund?
No — all payments are final. You are buying a leaderboard position and delivery is instant. If a payment was fraudulent or a listing violates our terms, contact us and we'll investigate; refunds we issue for moderation reasons automatically remove the associated rank credit.
I lost my manage link
The manage link shown after your first payment is the only way to edit a listing — there are no accounts. If you lost it, email us from an address at the listing's domain (so we can verify ownership) and we'll re-issue it.
Someone listed my site without permission
Email us with the listing URL and proof you control the domain. We'll transfer or remove the listing. Note that anyone may voluntarily top up any listing — that alone isn't impersonation.
How do I report a listing?
Every company page has a report link, or email us. We remove listings that are illegal, deceptive, or infringing. Payments for removed listings are refunded at our discretion.
Do listings help my SEO?
Your listing page is indexable and permanent, and clicks send real referral traffic. Outbound links are marked rel="sponsored" in line with Google's guidelines for paid placements — we sell visibility, not link equity.
